2. Orders

All orders placed on wegrpd.com are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Acceptance of your order occurs when it is dispatched.

 

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of your order.

 

4. Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details.

 

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Delivery times are as follows:

UK Standard: 3–5 working days

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control. Ownership and risk of goods pass to you upon delivery.

 

6. Returns & refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details.

 

7. Product descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure that all product descriptions, images and prices on our website are accurate. If a product is significantly different from its description, you are entitled to return it for a full refund.

 

8. Intellectual property

All content on wegrpd.com - including text, images, logos and product designs - is the property of GRPD and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce or use any content from this website without our express written permission.

 

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GRPD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
